Download the following compressed spreadsheet (MS Excel): HSform1.exe
When Download file message appears, click on Open button.
Edit/ Complete the spreadsheet with the information of your football prospects.
Save your spreadsheet: On the File menu, click Save As.
Close spreadsheet window (On the File menu, click Close).
Email spreadsheet, along with COACH NAME, SCHOOL NAME, SCHOOL ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER, AND EMAIL, as an attachment to m-ars@erols.com.
