The five-state Mid-Atlantic Region (Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, Delaware, and Washington, D.C.) is an area rich in football tradition and a heavy producer of talented college football players and NFL standouts.

THE M-ARS REPORT, a recruiting journal, was designed in consultation with major college recruiting coordinators and coaches, and contains factual player data which succinctly describes each prospect's athletic ability and academic capability. Released annually, THE M-ARS REPORT includes over 2,100 prospects from among the 720+ football-playing high schools, both public and private, within its 130+ pages.

THE M-ARS REPORT is compiled by Bill McGregor and Chuck Palla, a well known high school coach and a recruiting analyst respectively. The duo has a combined 50 plus years of football experience.
