Coach Alex Jewell

Coach Jewell is entering his 3rd year of coaching at Mars Area School District as the middle school’s OL coach, DL coach, and defensive coordinator. This will be Coach Jewell’s 10th year of coaching. He played high school football at North Allegheny High School where he started his senior year and helped the Tigers win two WPIAL championships and one PIAA championship. Coach Jewell played college football at Grove City College, where he was a 4-year starter on the offensive line and all-conference for three years. Coach Jewell resides in Evans City. He has been married to his wife, Megan, for two years; and they are expecting their first child at the beginning of June.
